We love our furry friends, but our upholstery doesn’t! We kindly request that you leave your critters at home. We strive to provide a clean and allergy-friendly environment for our valued guests.

Everybody loves to have fun in the sun, but it’s important to remember that the Katie Leigh is part of a community. Please make sure that your fun never comes at the expense of someone else’s!
The Katie Leigh is a non-smoking property.
Please help protect our sea turtles!
Here’s a link to the Franklin County turtle lighting ordinance. From May through September, please draw the ocean-facing shades and extinguish all outdoor lighting in that area. This link contains info about other ways you can help protect the turtles during your stay.
