Jessica Matthews Williams and Jonathan Williams are the proud owners of The Katie Leigh.

My family has been coming to St. George since the 1960s. My grandparents, Tom & Billye Lindsay and my aunt & uncle, Harold & Agnes O'Neal, were responsible for the construction of the Sandpiper Cottage and A Sea Urchin. I have called St. George my second home since I was a baby. It was briefly my FIRST home when I moved to the Island after high school and went to work at Oyster Cove Restaurant. Now full-time residents of Broomfield, Colorado, Jonathan and I were married on the Island and love to bring our daughters to spend time on their favorite beach. We are passionate about keeping the magic of St. George in the family. The Island is truly our happy place, where we go to escape the craziness of the real world. We purchased this rental home in 2022 and have worked hard to make it the ultimate getaway for your family. Having rented many homes over the years, we know what sorts of things renters are looking for, as well as the stuff that makes folks crazy!
